Mr. Collins is so committed to making continuing education available to those in the construction industry that he serves on both the Advisory Committees for the Regional Occupational Project (ROP) and the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Journeyman Training Program and has been the Chairman of the Education Committees for PHCC.
